A yummy and delightful Eid classic is seviyan. We all love this desi desert prepared specially around Eid time. To make this, all you have to do is heat ghee in a pan. Fry cloves and cardamom till they release their aroma in the ghee. Add seviyan, milk, sugar and begin frying till the mix becomes golden brown and you’re good to go.
This is one of the yummiest and most looked forward to dishes during Eid. This meat seasoned with delicious spices and a delicious thick curry is one of the best dishes you’ll ever taste. Count on it.
Galouti Kebab’s are every Indian’s favourite snack. A galouti kebab is essentially a mixture of minced meat rounded in to patties, deep fried with herbs and spices to give it that savoury taste.
Haleem is one of the most well-known traditional mutton dishes. All you have to do is place the pan on a heavy stove. Fry sliced onions in oil and drain the residue. When the haleem is cooked, sprinkle fried onions, garam masala powder, fresh mint, and coriander leaves. Garnish with cumin and ginger and your dish is ready to eat.
Biryani is everyone’s favourite. The perfect filling mix of rice and meat that’ll leave you craving for more and more. While making this dish you may use the spices you like according to your taste. Dry fruits, minced lamb meat and rose water are a must.
